Return Policy

At Workbench in a Box, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our carbon fibre composite brackets are built tough, and we stand behind our product quality.

30-Day Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the items must remain unused, in original condition, and repacked in the original shipping box and packaging.
  • Please note: Once assembly has begun (for example, if screws have been inserted into the brackets), the product is considered used, cannot be resold, and therefore cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return Authorization

To request a return, email us at info@workbenchinabox.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the reason for return
  • Confirmation that none of the product was installed
  • Photos or video clearly showing the issue - required to help us evaluate your request quickly and fairly.
  • IMPORTANT: Products returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • All products undergo quality inspection before shipping.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@workbenchinabox.com with clear photos or video of the problem.
  • We will address legitimate damage claims promptly.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • We covered the cost of shipping to you. Return shipping is at your expense.
  • You must provide us with a tracking number and proof of postage.
  • We recommend insuring the return shipment for the full value of the goods.
  • For international returns, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges, which could reduce a refund amount.
  • We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval without receiving your refund, please contact us at info@workbenchinabox.com.
  • If the returned item does not meet our eligibility conditions previously stated, your return may be refused and the product returned to you at your cost.

Refusing Delivery

  • If for some reason you refuse delivery of your order when there is no apparent damage or defect, or fail to collect the package from a postal depot, and the product is returned to us, the refund request terms would not have been met and a refund would not be possible.
